Whether for prototypes for development purposes, small series for pilot operation or market-ready series components: Quality is key to success. Those who rely on high-quality components and expert advice from the outset will save time, money and unpleasant surprises in the end. We recognized this early on and have specialized in maximum precision, exact documentation and personal service since 1996. With ISO 9001 certification, we have officially guaranteed high international standards since 2015 and prove our quality awareness every year anew in the audits.
Optimum conditions and ongoing quality assurance
If required, we produce in a clean room, use state-of-the-art technologies and ensure constant production conditions in a standard climate with efficient room and air conditioning technology. The maximum temperature fluctuation is just 0.5 degrees Celsius and the humidity can be precisely regulated in every room. The infrastructure creates the basis for the serial production of high-quality components with constant functions, dimensions and surfaces. From 1 to 100,000: repeat accuracy is the key to success.
Transparent operating procedures and reliable processes are just as important for guaranteed quality. We ensure this with well thought-out control systems, detailed protocols, absolute confidentiality and data security as well as extensive staff training. If an error does occur, we trace it back to its source. This is how we learn with every project. We use 4D reports* within our organization and 8D reports for our partners. This allows us to continuously improve our internal work processes and instructions and reduce sources of error in the long term.
Added value with the 1zu1standard
But that's not all: we go beyond the requirements of the standard and define our own 1zu1standard. We rely on a complete 360-degree component inspection using computer tomography and create individual quality manuals including assembly instructions and tolerances in close cooperation with our customers.
* 4D report: The 4D report is a quality management document for processing complaints and, more precisely, for recording and tracking defects. In contrast to the 8D report, it is also used for the rapid internal processing of errors that have occurred.
** 8D report: An 8D report is a document that is exchanged between the supplier and customer as part of quality management in the event of a complaint. 8D stands for the eight mandatory disciplines that are required when processing a complaint in order to overcome the underlying problem.
