In our daily work, our top priority is to maintain strict confidentiality by securing personal data and customer projects against access by third parties. We fulfil our secrecy obligation until released from it by the customer in writing.
All our facilities are secured by means of a chip-controlled access system. Confidentiality agreements are concluded every time a third party visits our workshops (e.g., for service and maintenance work). Customers and interested parties are only granted accompanied access to areas in which no customer projects are visible. All of our employees are required to sign written NDAs.
Partner companies that receive inquiries or orders from 1zu1 in the course of project execution are also subject to these strict confidentiality requirements. They are also bound by a general confidentiality agreement.
With this form, you grant the authorisation to act as 1zu1direkt Admininstrator to an employee in your company. This gives the employee full access to all data and records allocated to your company.
Release from confidentiality obligations
We also need interesting products and projects for our marketing activities (trade fairs, PR, advertising). However, we guarantee that we will only use your products and projects if they have been approved by you beforehand in writing – and that we will always request such approval from you if necessary.
The copyright remains with the customer. Developments, ideas and knowledge gained in the course of our working relationship are neither used for our own purposes nor shared with our partner companies.
Our confidentiality obligations with regard to the respective project are only lifted when the corresponding document is signed (stamp and signature) by the customer.
