Payment options for existing customers
Customers in the DACH region as well as customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein are supplied against invoice. You can transfer the invoice amount within the agreed payment term. Customers outside the DACH region also have the option of paying by bank transfer.
Advance payments (partial payments):
Depending on the size or type of order, it is possible to agree partial payments. If an advance payment has been agreed, we will start manufacturing the ordered components after receipt of payment.
Purchase on account
- Purchase on account is possible if you are already a 1zu1 customer.
- To purchase on account, the invoice amount is due in full by the agreed payment deadline after receipt of the goods without any deduction and free of charge for 1zu1.
- Fees for purchases on account: We do not charge any invoice fees, however we may charge you for any shipping and customs clearance costs that we incur.

Invoicing in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
For customers from Switzerland or Liechtenstein, we charge in addition the expenses for customs clearance and bringing the goods to Switzerland. For invoicing which includes 8.1% Swiss VAT, we ask you to note the item Customs clearance for Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
