Payment options for new customers
We ask for your understanding that we require 100% advance payment for first orders for new customers.
We begin production of the ordered components after receipt of the advance payment or, in the case of payment by credit card, after confirmation of the payment by our partner mPAY24.
Credit card payment
When paying by credit card, you will receive the advance-payment invoice as soon as we have received confirmation of your payment. After completion of the order you will receive the invoice minus your deposit.
If you wish to make an advance payment by bank transfer, we will prepare an advance-payment invoice for you. We will begin processing your order once the agreed sum arrives in our bank account.
Payment options for existing customers
For customers in the EU zone as well as customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the goods are delivered against invoice – the invoice amount is then due by the agreed payment deadline.
Customers outside the EU / CH / FL have the option to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Advance payments (partial payments): Depending on the size or type of the order, we may agree to partial payments. In order to prevent delays to your order, we also accept credit card payments for advance and partial payments.
In case of an agreed advance payment, we will start manufacturing the ordered components after receipt of payment or confirmation of payment from our credit card partner, mPAY24.
Payment by credit card
You can pay via 1zu1direkt using the following credit cards:
When paying by credit card, you will be asked to enter your credit card details during the ordering process.
Purchase on account
Purchase on account is possible if you are already a 1zu1 customer and your credit rating has been checked by us.
How to pay by invoice:
For purchases on account, the invoice amount is due in full by the agreed payment deadline after receipt of the goods, free of charge for 1zu1.
As a rule, funds transfers to 1zu1 must be free of charge for 1zu1. Any bank charges forwarded to us will not be accepted and must be paid by you.
Fees for purchases on account:
We do not charge any invoice fees, however we may charge you for any shipping and customs clearance costs that we incur.
Invoicing in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are also charged for the costs of customs clearance and transport of the goods to Switzerland. Invoices include Swiss VAT at 7.7% – for more details please refer to the section “Customs clearance for Switzerland and Liechtenstein”.
