1zu1 as part of the international Prototal Group
2023 - 2022
In February 2022, 1zu1 becomes part of the Swedish Prototal Group, securing its future as an innovation driver. In 2022 + 2023, millions will be invested in machinery and 3D printed parts will be produced in series and injection molding quality. 1zu1 once again receives the award "State Awarded Training Company" for its achievements in apprenticeship training.
2023
- With 01. June Thomas Kohler takes over the management of 1zu1 Prototypen GmbH & Co KG
- Expansion of the machine park in the field of additive manufacturing with an additional EOS P500 system
- Purchase of the new Powershot Dual Performance blasting system from DyeMansion
- Investment in a new AMT POSTPRO SF100 smoothing system
- 1zu1 receives again the award "state-awarded training company" for the achievements around apprenticeship training
2020
- 1zu1 is again awarded “state-approved training company” status for its record on apprenticeship
- 160 employees, including 27 apprentices
