From the printed model
to the pre-series casting
During the development phase, 1zu1 produced the mouthpieces for a revolutionary toothbrush. Using our prototype, Amabrush was then able to start approaching investors. We printed the master models via selective laser sintering, optimized the surfaces, produced the molds and made sure that even the smallest tips were perfectly formed by means of vacuum casting with polyurethane rubber. Beforehand, however, a tricky challenge needed to be mastered: How would the toothpaste get onto the teeth? You will find the solution in our Customer story on our website.
